the future of film and television is not film or television.

The key to understanding this change is recognizing the needs and expectations of a new generation. How and where we consume media as well as how we access media has forever changed the landscape of film and television.  It’s time to retire both of these words as they refer to historical physical elements that no longer represent today or tomorrows world of entertainment. The one thing that will never change is the audiences desire to lose one self in a great story and the need to simply be entertained.

Joanne Rubino is a change agent who understands how the industry is shifting and knows what the next steps are for those who want to stay relevant in the entertainment industry.

experience in the business
of the entertainment

Joanne Rubino is an Emmy® nominated producer with over 25 years of experience making record-breaking television. Her most recent role, President of Production for Los Angeles based production company Think Factory Media. With her experience in production, creative and business, Rubino played a critical role in the extraordinary growth of the company and its acquisition by the British media corporation, ITV. Including oversight of the integration and creating new avenues of growth as Thinkfactory Media continues it’s journey under ITV America’s banner.
